Domain Process chiếm 50% kỳ thi PMP — phần lớn nhất. Bao gồm toàn bộ vòng đời quản lý dự án: từ scope, schedule, risk, quality đến communications, procurement và closure. Cả Predictive và Agile approach đều được kiểm tra sâu.
Domain 2 rộng nhất. Học theo nhóm logic: (1) Scope + Schedule + Budget = Triple Constraint; (2) Risk + Quality + Issues = Control; (3) Methodology + Governance + Artifacts = Framework; (4) Comms + Stakeholders + Procurement = External. Kết nối từng task với công việc EM thực tế của bạn.
